The AICC Political Action Committee (PAC) plays an important role in shaping public policy and advancing the interests of the monitoring and security industry in a lawful, transparent way. Contributions from AICC members are used to support candidates who align with AICC’s policy priorities. This collective approach is far more impactful than isolated individual contributions.
Help Strengthen Relationships with Policymakers
PAC contributions often help open doors for constructive dialogue with elected officials and candidates. Policy makers understand and respond to us when we present our concerns to them directly. Having the financial resources to help get in front of lawmakers and educate them about the key role we play in the public safety network and the impact of legislation on ability to affectively protect their constituents is critical to our efforts.
PAC funds provide the resources needed to:
- Increase access and visibility
- Facilitate conversations about important issues facing our industry like NextNav, Right to Repair, and Net Neutrality.
- Position AICC as a serious, engaged stakeholder
